Naturopathic Physician & Owner

Dr. Megan Taylor is a naturopathic physician, educator, and owner of Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care in West Seattle. She is a West Seattle native, and is grateful to be able to provide high quality primary care and naturopathic gastroenterology services to her community. In addition to being a physician, Dr. Taylor enjoys spending time with her family & friends, gardening, and birding.

Dr. Emily Lesnak

Naturopathic Physician & Owner

Dr. Emily Lesnak is a naturopathic physician and owner of Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care in West Seattle who provides primary care for adults and children. She specializes in pediatrics, natural fertility, and postpartum care. She resides in West Seattle with her family and you can often find her at local parks and coffee shops with her family. Dr. Lesnak has been awarded Top Doctor by Metropolitan Magazine 3 years in a row!

Dr. Allison Middleman

Naturopathic Physician

Dr. Allison Middleman is a naturopathic physician at Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care, providing primary care for adults and children. She has additional training in gastrointestinal disorders, including IBS and SIBO, and enjoys working with patients to manage mood, menstrual disorders, and cardiovascular health. Before she became a doctor, Dr. Middleman trained as an herbalist and enjoys utilizing botanical medicines to benefit her patients. In her spare time, you can find her in her garden or exploring the PNW on a hike!

Dr. Brie Woodruff

Family Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Brie Woodruff is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner at Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care in West Seattle. She provides primary care to all ages and is trained in functional medicine and nutrition. She has a special interest in helping patients manage diabetes, metabolic disorders, and menopausal transitions. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Woodruff is a faculty member at Seattle University, teaching in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. She lives in West Seattle with her husband, three kids, and her dog, Kodi. In her spare time, she enjoys landscaping, making jewelry, playing music, and tending to her many bonsai trees.

Dr. Zoë Kelly Linkletter

Naturopathic Physician

Dr. Zoë Kelly Linkletter is a resident physician at Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care. She provides primary care to adults and specialty care for digestive health, sexual wellness, and weight management. She offers hands-on modalities including Craniosacral Therapy and Wholistic Pelvic Care (TM). Outside of work, Dr. Zoë enjoys going to the spa, making herbal medicine, and exploring Seattle’s beautiful green spaces.

Dr. Grace Downs

Naturopathic Physician

Dr. Grace Downs is a resident naturopathic physician at Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care who provides primary care to adults with a focus on heart health, metabolic health like pre-diabetes and diabetes, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, POTS, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Outside of the office, she loves trying new coffee shops and exploring beautiful hiking trails.

Matilda Mullins

Medical Assistant

Matilda is a licensed phlebotomist and a registered medical assistant at Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care. She has always been fascinated by the medical field and is also currently pursuing further education as a pre-nursing student at South Seattle College. Outside of the clinic, she loves drinking tea, going to concerts with friends, and spending time with her labradoodle pup, Beatrix.

Ivy Evans

Medical Assistant

Ivy is in charge of lab services and blood draws at Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care. She specializes in pediatric phlebotomy. Ivy feels it is important to make the experience of a blood draw low stress and she tailors her approach based on age and anxiety/fear level. Ivy enjoys cooking, being in nature and making art.

Billy

Medical Assistant

Billy (they/them) is a licensed EMT and registered Medical Assistant at Neighborhood Naturopathic & Primary Care. They are fascinated with science, healthcare, and all things biochemical. They have a Bachelors in Chemistry from Smith College, and are working towards Physician’s Associate school. In their free time, Billy enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, and Ultimate Frisbee.

 

Irene Milsom

Office Manager

Irene is the office manager at Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care, solving problems big and small.

Stina Borst

Administrative Assistant

Stina is an administrative assistant at Neighborhood Naturopathic. In addition, she also manages operations at the Community Acupuncture Project of Burien, where she is dedicated to ensuring access to affordable, sliding-scale acupuncture to the community. Originally from Chicago, Stina trained as a Theatrical Director and Stage Manager, and has since built a diverse career spanning over a decade in tech, education, and healthcare. Calling Seattle home now for nearly 9 years, she enjoys attending local theatre, reading, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her cats, Dillinger and Atwood.

Administrative Assistant

Hanna Oatts a Clinical Administrative Assistant at Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care since September 2024.

Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, Hanna has a unique background that spans real estate, child care, healthcare, education, and tech. Having traveled the world and embraced a range of experiences, she’s built a diverse career and has called Seattle home since 2022. Outside of work, Hanna loves exploring new spots, discovering great restaurants, hanging out with friends (furry four legged ones included!), and unwinding with a good spa day whenever she can.
