PRIMARY CARE & WELL VISITS
Unique Care
Your health is our top priority! We believe in personalized medicine and spend time withe our patients to ensure they are educated, empowered, and cared for in their health journey. We provide full spectrum primary care including well child visits, annual adult visits, same day sick visits, and a natural or alternative perspective on chronic conditions. During all of our visits natural treatments will be discussed, but your doctor can also prescribe antibiotics and other medications, order bloodwork or imaging, and refer when necessary based on your unique situation.
Wellness Visits
Wellness visits are an essential part of your care, for all ages! All visits are approached from a space of education, care, and allowing you to choose what is the best for you or your child’s body, with zero pressure from our providers.
Children. We recommend that children are seen at 3 days, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, 15 months, 18 months, 2 years, 2.5 years, and then yearly from ages 3-18. A preventative well child exam is a specific type of visit based upon your child’s age. This visit includes assessment of growth and development, physical exam, screening for medical and psychosocial problems, discussion of routine vaccinations and education. Adults. We recommend yearly preventative exams for all adults over the age of 18. Your preventative visit includes a physical exam along with bloodwork and referral for screening exams depending on your age and most up to date guidance. This may include pelvic/genital exams, breast exams and/or a referral for mammography, bone density scans, colonoscopy, etc. The focus of these visits is screening and prevention, and are therefore limited. We encourage you to schedule a separate appointment if you have concerns that fall outside of this scope.
