After this series, you will be able to:

• Manage blood sugar to maintain hormonal balance

• Shift sleep/wake times (circadian rhythm) to support hormones

• Balance digestive bacteria to stabilize hormones and decrease inflammation

• Maximize diet and exercise to feel your best

Participants must be established patients. Group visits will be billed to your insurance plan just like a regular doctor visit (you will still be responsible for any co-pay, co-insurance, or outstanding deductible). What will the group series look like?

This group visit series will meet once per week on Tuesdays from 12p-1p. Dates for the series include Sept 12th, Sept 19th, Sept 26th, Oct 3rd. Group visits will be billed to your insurance plan just like a regular doctor visit (you will still be responsible for any co-pay, co-insurance, or outstanding deductible). This group is meant to be interactive and participants will have the opportunity to ask private questions during a short, 5 minute, break-out session with one of our doctors. Please note that this is considered an office visit and a no show fee of $75 will be applied if you register and do not attend.

Do I need to be an established patient of Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care?

Yes, you do need to be an established patient of Neighborhood Naturopathic and Primary Care. If you would like to participate in the PCOS group visit series you would need to have a first office visit either in person or via telehealth. You can call the front desk at 206-486-8383 to make that first appointment or alternatively, request an appointment here.

What if I can’t make all the scheduled group visit series?

You do not need to be present for all of the scheduled group visits. We do ask that you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment so that someone else can take your spot if needed. Please note that this is considered an office visit and a no show fee of $75 will be applied if you register and do not attend.

How much does the group visit series cost?

The group visits are billed to your insurance like any other doctor visit. What you pay will be dependent on your specific insurance plan, deductible, etc…
